Waldires (Dolly) has been SOLD to Amanda Dube of Cumberland, Ontario.  Wishing Amanda and her family all the best with this lovely, lovely horse.

After producing 3 premium foals, she has returned to work as a dressage horse.In a few short months, Dolly has returned to competitive form and is currently schooling 3rd level. Dolly is excelling in all aspects of her training. She is loving the work and is currently in professional dressage training. She has proven to be very trainable and a joy to work with. She has 3 lovely powerful gaits. She is willingly forward and excited to be a dressage horse once again. Dolly has a correct solid foundation in her training which is evident by her understanding and consistency in the contact, as well as her ability to focus and her phenomenal work ethic. PEDIGREES: Waldires (Dr.Doolittle X Walida/Wenckstern)

Dolly’s impeccable pedigree is rooted in exemplary performance, longevity, temperament and rideability.  Her sire, Dr. Doolittle  possesses three exquisite basic gaits, as well as, superb rideablity.  He is by the legendary stallion Donnerhall.   Donnerhall produced over 77 approved sons, 450 broodmares including 84 with state premium status and over 636 competition horses.  He also had an impressive career as a dressage horse winning many prestigious competitions.  He placed second out of 70 horses in his stallion performance testing.  He was very easy to train and reached the grand prix level of training in two years.  He won 85 FEI grand prix dressage classes.  He won the team gold and individual bronze at the dressage world championships and european dressage championships.  He captured his third team gold medal while finishing fourth overall at the age of 17 at the world championships.  He was also named oldenburg stallion of the year.  Donnerhall passed on his flowing gait, presence, trainability and excellent temperament to all his prodigy.

Dolly’s maternal side is equally as impressive.  Her maternal grand sire was Wenckstern.  He won his 100 day stallion performance test scoring 10’s for jumping and rideability.  His dressage career included winning international grand prix tests and participating in the world equestrian games.  Wenckstern  is by the legendary sire Weltmeyer.  Weltmeyer continues to  almost single-handedly reshape the hanoverian breed.  He won his stallion licensing and his stallion performance test.  He won the three year old stallion classification.    He was awarded best stallion of his age-group.  He was named hanoverian stallion of the year.  It is said, when it comes to capacity for dressage and the temperament necessary for a top competitor, this stallion simply cannot be beaten.  Dolly continues to perform and breed true to her heritage.
